Ahtanum Ridge Business Park is unique in the history of Yakima Valley commercial land developments. At 160 Acres, it is the largest fully developed industrial business park designed from the infrastructure up to accommodate the most demanding business and industrial services needs; whether it is high voltage electrical power, high pressure water and fire protection systems, or the most advanced wide-band telecommunications fiber optic network. The Park's freight and transportation options include rail service from Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union Pacific Railroads together with wide road right-of-ways that are designed to safely handle wide and heavy loads. The road design includes wide greenbelt landscape buffers that provide a safety distance from the edge of the roadway to the lighted pedestrian sidewalks.
Wide Hollow Creek traverses the site in a southeasterly direction naturally dividing the project into two distinct development areas. The southern area is designed to accommodate large manufacturing and industrial users whose business may require large outdoor storage and staging areas.
